The points based strategy in online casino craps means making only specific bets, Come and Pass Line, with a low (1.4%) house edge. They come with single free odds bets, which decrease the house edge further and increase the payout.

The goal is to get two points and back them with more bets. The player starts with betting $1 on Pass Line and rolls the dice. If the outcome is 7 or 11, the bet automatically wins. If it’s 2, 3 or 12, the bet automatically loses. In either case the table gets cleared and the game begins again.

If, for example, the outcome is 4, the player makes two moves. The first one is placing $1 free odds bet on Pass Line. It’s important to differentiate this bet from the original one by either placing the chip or clicking almost outside of the Pass Line, because the payouts are different. The second move is placing a $1 Come bet. The dice rolls again.

They might both lose (if it’s a 7) or they might be both paid out and then removed from the table (if it’s a 4). A new sequence needs to be started by placing a $1 Pass Line bet. If it’s any other number, for example 9, the free odds bets continue together with Pass Line.

Come bet is independent from Pass Line too. The point is established as 4. It will be either paid out or lost and removed from the gaming table if the number is 2, 3, 7, 11 or 12. If it’s 9, the chip moves towards the 9 box. 9 is also the point. The $1 free odds bet should be placed together with Come bet.

Combined Pass Line and Come bets mean that the Pass Line bets have free odds and 4 as point. Come has 9 as free odds bets. If the outcome is 7, all bets lose. If it’s 4, both Pass Line bets and free odds bets win.
